Terms of Services for Illustrations Commisions

AGREEMENTUpon reading the Terms, you are agreeing to the following:1. terms of services shown in this page
2. to maintain communication with me and provide feedback or acknowledgement for every updates given
3. that you are of legal age and have the capability and funds to purchase digital goods
4. to absolutely not file Paypal disputes and and chargebacks and agree to contacting me first for refunds and corrections on your commission

GENERAL TERMS- Prices are subject to change based on demand
- I have the right to reject any order for any reason
- These terms apply to private commissions only. This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.PAYMENT- Payments accepted are in US Dollars and are performed only in Paypal
- Commissions are paid fully upfront after sketch approval
- Don't send any payment before the artist have agreed to give the client a slot and has been requested to send the artist the paymentPROCCESS and DELIVERY- The whole process starts with variety of Sketches for pose and composition which the client will choose one from. After choosing the composition, The artist will request payment and will start working on the piece. The client will receive updates after every time the artist finish the: Lineart, Flat colors, and Preliminary Shading on which the artist will require the client's approvals and feedbacks.
- The time it takes to finish the commissions varies from 1 to 4 weeks depending on factors such as health, complexity of the commissioned piece, other works and family emergencies.
- Once the piece is finished, the client will receive the full-resolution image along with a web friendly size. Note that there's no physical productREVISIONS- In the span of the whole process, the client will get 3 free revisions on the commissions piece included in the price
- A fee will be added if the client wants something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from the artist's side has been made
- If the client wish for revisions in the drawing that have been previously approved, it will require additional fee to change it. The amount of extra charge depends on the size and complexity of the revision to be made
- If the references that the client gave are unclear to start with, changes will come with extra chargeCOPYRIGHT and USAGEYou (The Client/Commissioner):
- The client may upload the commissioned piece on any website and social media as a promotion
- The client may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, selling prints)
- The client may NOT alter the commissioned piece for commercial purposesI (The Artist):
- The artist has the right to use the commissioned pieces for their portfolio, promotion of commissions, and posting of WIPs.
- The artist is NOT allowed to modify and resell an already completed piece if the client has given approval after the delivery
- The artist is NOT allowed to claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artworkThe following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing and profiting from the commissioned piece without any agreement with the artist
- Claiming the commissioned piece as your own work
- Altering the commissioned piece without any consent from the artist

What do Clients get?- Sketches and drafts on which the client must choose from on what the artist will continue to work on
- Full resolution file (A4 size at 300 dpi) of the final drawing and a smaller version for internet upload. File formats are usually in PNG
